| Julie Gallagher, the Squirrel Lady of Town Lake, provides the vision and inspiration for the Squirrel Planet website - including its aesthetic, its humor, and its passion. Most of the offerings explained in its sections are Julie's: the classes in the Mayan Calendar, Reiki, and Crystal Healing; the Mayan Calendar Readings; the Reiki Healing Sessions; the Crystal Grids. The views expressed in the Ideas section are Julie's.
Julie's most enduring passion has been long-distance running. She has also been consistently committed to alternative health - she began as a nutritional counselor and massage therapist, and has been practicing Reiki and crystal healing since 1995. She has also been working with the Mayan Calendar since 1995. She is an ordained minister in the Alliance of Divine Love (since 1998).
Everyone else: As should be clear from our introduction on the Home Page, the Squirrel Planet is certainly not only Julie. In fact, everyone is a citizen of the Squirrel Planet - whether they acknowledge it or not. If what you find here resonates with your own sense of things - if you feel a kinship with us - we invite you to acknowledge your citizenship by allowing us to post your name on our Citizens List.
